Word 2007 - Printing problem

Hello all,

I have a bit of an interesting problem. I have a mail merge document that
merges data just fine. Where my problem occurs is when I attempt to print it.

If I select a range of all or current page it prints as I wish. However, if
I select the range 1-3 it prints all pages 3 times. If I put in 1,2,3 it
does the same thing. I have checked all the settings that I can find and
there is no multiple document printing option turned on anywhere.

I have 3 such merge templates. of the 3 only 1 will print correctly. I
can't explain this. I am hoping someone out there with more
knowledge\experience than I has seen this or knows where the problem lies.

Thank you,

Dave

If this is a letter-type merge, each letter is a separate section. In order
to print specific pages, you have to include the section number as well as
the page numbers.

This worked just fine. To print pages 1-5 I had to put in p1s1-p1s5. Not
sure why those other mail merges are fine or what is different about their
templates. Haven't had a chance to sit down with them. This will work for
now though.
