Word 2007 - opening format

Being new to word 2007 (used 2003 previously) - could anyone tell me
what/where the settings might be to open word attachments from outlook into
word 2007 to open in print layout?
They are currently opening in web layout - I'd really like to open them in
print layout.
 
I suspect that you are allowing full screen reading view for attachments. In
the top right corner of the full screen window > options Check 'Don't Open
Attachments In Full Screen'

I wonder if you could also tell me how to open the attachment as A4 instead
of Letter size?

The page size is stored with the document. If you want to change the page
size you will have to change the page dimensions in the document.

OK - got it.
Also - went to your site.
I now have the old (2003) UI for word.
Much more comfortable with that now...
