Word 2007 - Error Message for printing envelopes

I am receiving the following error message (in a pop-up window with an
exclamation mark) when I try to print envelopes in Word 2007:

"The number must be between 1 and 31".

Has anyone experienced this? Any assistance would be much appreciated.

I am having the same problem and need help, PLEASE. This is driving me crazy.
I never happened in earlier versions of Word.

Download the envelope templates from my web site. Create an envelope from
the template and print it. Does that work?

If so, either use the organizer (ALT+F8 > Organizer) to copy the two
envelope styles from the envelope to the normal template and try again with
the Envelope tool from the mailings tab, or close Word and rename the normal
template normal.dotm to normal.old.
