Word 2007 Doc opened in Word 2003

What problems, if any, would a Word 2003 user encounter opening, reading,
working with a document saved in Word 2007 format?

They would for starters need the compatibility pack, but it would be better
if the Word 2007 user saved the document in Word 97-2003 format.
