WORD 2007 CUT N PASTE NOT WORKING SAME PIC ALWAYS

WHEN I TRY TO CUT N PASTE THE FIRST PICTURE COPIES AND THEN WHEN i TRY TO
PAST A DIF PIC IT PUT THE SAME FIRST PICTURE ALL THE TIME. I DO KNOW HOW TO
CUT N PAST DONE IT FOR YRS BUT AS OF A NEW INSTALL 2007 ON A XP HP LAPTOP PC
YESTERDAY MY CHILD TRIED TO DO IT TODAY AND NOTICE THIS PROBLEM. SO I TRIED
IT AND ITS WAS NOT JUST A ERROR ON HER PART IT REALLY IS PASTING THE SAME PIC
ALL THE TIME. IS THEIR A FIX FOR THIS

2. Have you tried Restarting the computer since the problem happened?

I am having a similar issue. I copied a paragraph that was pasted into Word
2007 successfully, but now anything that is copied is pasted as that same
paragraph. Wordpad pastes what was most recently copied and then pasting in
Word 2007 immediately after pastes the original paragraph - not what was most
recently copied.

When the clipboard view in Word 2007 is in view it shows whatever was most
recently copied shows, but when pasting the original paragraph gets pasted.
