Word 2007 Creating Forms

I am having troulbe with a form I designed in 2007 word. I have used text
foorm fields that are suppose to allow people to type their information into
the box, however my problem is everytime we try to fill in the box all of the
non-editable text keeps moving and throwing the form out of whack, I set the
size limits and even tried to group the text. How do I lock the form
information in to place so it won't move during the filling of the text
fields.
