Word 2003

I have one desktop and two laptops. The three computers have Word 2003. All
of a sudden, Word 2003 in the desktop and in one of laptops stopped working
properly; when I try to open it, it freezes. Both computers are DELL and
have the same Norton Internet Security. Is anyone else dealing with the same
problem? Please advise.
