Word 2003

I have a question about Word 2003. When I type a document in word, I can
save it but cannot go back and open it. When I try to open it, it says the
document is not available. Does anyone know why this is doing this? I can't
open any documents on my computer. I saved on a disk and on a zip drive and
neither will open on my computer but will open on other computers. Can
anyone help??

Disable the Office Plugin that comes with Symantec/Norton
AntiVirus. See http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=329820 "How to

If you have Norton AntiVirus, disable its Office Plug-in. But don't open
Word documents directly from any kind of removable disk; first copy to the
HD, then open from there.
