Word 2k3 has special features for document security that require a 2k3
server... I've yet to see any compelling reason for home or small business
users to upgrade.
 
For users who were frustrated by the deficiencies of Track Changes in Word
2003, the features that were "broken" in 2002 have been fixed in 2003.
