Word 2003 - track changes and images

Hi,

In Word 2000, if you had Track Changes on, when you
deleted an image it stayed in the document with a line
through it to indicate it had been deleted. I've found in
Word 2003 the image remains but there is no striketout
line..it just looks like the normal image. Am I missing a
setting to show this?

I think I've got all of the 'show' options ticked, so I
can't really see why this isn't being done.

Accept All Changes if if won't harm your project. Be sure that accepting all
changes won't negatively impact others.

View > Toolbars > Reviewing > Third button after "Show". (The one with a
blue checkmark. Pull down and highlight "Accept all changes in document."
