I'm using Word 2003.....
When I create a new document, I have it set to A4 Portrait with 1"
borders top and bottom and 1.25" borders left and right.
I notice that when I type (in "one page" view), the words right appear
at the top edge of the page i.e. it doesn't display the top border (as
it did in Word 2000) which is very disconcerting. However, I have
realised that if I view the header/footer and then close the
header/footer view, then the page does show the top border as it did in
Word 2000.
Is there a setting somewhere where I can ensure that the top border is
always shown in page layout?
Thanks,
Martin
