I have a question about a feature that is supposedly included in Word 2003.
I understand that in earlier versions of Word, it is possible to roll back
the document history to reveal information that is not contained in the
final document version. I am told that Word 2003 includes a feature that
essentially strips out all the historical information and saves just the
current data, making it impossible for someone to discover additional
information by rolling back changes. Is this true, and if so, what is the
feature called and where can I get more information?

Thanks for the reply.

From the menu, choose Tools - Options - Security tab, and enable "Remove
personal information from file properties on save". Trust... but verify by
looking at the file with notepad.
