Word 2003 - Document Security

I want to make shure that contents of a document cannot be copied - such as
text, logos, signature etc
Password protection does not seem to prevent this as contents of a file can
be copied to another new file and saved under another name

A software manual for my first computer was printed black on dark red, so photocopiers would produce completely black copies.
It also made the manual impossible to read.

Since photocopiers have gotten better, maybe today one should use black font on black background?
