Word 2003 and RoboHelp

We are thinking of using RoboHelp for our 'on-line' help. Has anyone
had good/bad experiences with RH? We create our documents in Word and
want to import/link into RH. Word will be used to maintain the
documents as changes are made. We know definition of the CSS to mimic
our Word styles is critical. Are there any known issues with bullets
and/or numbered lists? Word documents are kept on the IFS and we share
documents? Can anyone shed any light or lead us in a positive
direction. Thanks in advance.
