Word 2003 and Hypertext

I did it, but I don't know how to "repair" it now! I changed
something in Word 2003 (XP Pro/SP3) that causes it to show HYPERLINK,
etc instead of the shortcut:

{HYPERLINK "http://www.kimlizzy.blogspot.com/"}

instead of:

http://www.kimlizzy.blogspot.com/

Must I uninstall Office 2003 and start over?

I know one thing I did was to remove the "X" from the Hyperlink base
of the Document Properties. (You know, what's the X doing here!
Gone!)

You're displaying field codes instead of field results. Just press
Alt+F9 to toggle back and forth between them. That's a shortcut for
going to Tools > Options > View and checking/unchecking the "Field
codes" box.

Hooray for Jay Freedman! Hooray!

That was it! I knew I did it, but I missed the right fix!

Thank-you!
