Word 2003 and comments

Did the old pre-XP comment functionality come back in Word 2003? I'm
talking about comments showing up highlighted in the text, rather than with
the invisible little brackets, like in XP.

Carlos,

Yes the comments now show up as highlighted text and the little brackets.
Unfortunately something else annoying shows up. The reviewers initials are
inserted adjacent to the commented text on the right.

All is not lost. MVP Beth Melton just enlightened me on a simple method of
hiding the intials. Apply hidden text attribute to the Comment Reference
style.

All is well here with me and my version of Word2003
