Word 2002 & Outlook 2003

It there any way to get Word 2002 to work as the e-mail
editor of Outlook 2003? If not, guess I'll have to return
program to vendor and go back to Outlook 2002.
I purchased Outlook 2003 separately and am using Office
XP on a Windows XP Prof. system. Outlook 2003 with Office
XP says "can't find Word will use Outlook e-mail editor".
I really like the features of Outlook 2003 but need Word
as my editor.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Right! Thanks Cindy. It appears that, by design, only
Word 2003 can be used to edit Outlook 2003. So,
individaul Outlook 2003 program users will have to at
least upgrade to Word 2003 to use Word as an editor.
