word 2002 html view

dellGX280 and dell 19" flat panel. Html documents can be viewed in print
view or draft view. In html view, the screen will not refresh when scrolling.
Each scroll keeps the previous image on the screen ad infinitum. Have
reloaded office xp and reset monitor innumerable times.
