Word 2002 Error Message-This file contains repairs made to it by W

We are on a Network. We have one user in the office who will open a new
document, type something, then save it. If she makes revisions, then presses
SAVE, the error message "This file contains repairs made to it by Word.
Saving the file will make these repairs permanent" appears. This does not
seem to happen in any other document, or office template, just new documents.
I have checked all her settings, unchecked "allow fast saves" and so on, but
the error message still appears in that document. If she then re-opens the
document, makes a revision, the presses save, the error message appears
again. If I choose "Show Repairs", it shows nothing. Is it possible that
the Word program itself is corrupt? Everything else seems to work.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi =?Utf-8?B?Qi4gTGV2aWVu?=,

It could be a problem in the Normal.dot template (the global template from which
all new documents are generated when the user clicks "New document").

Search for this user's Normal.dot template (should be the "User Templates"
folder location) and rename it to NormalOLD.dot. Now start Word up and it will
create a new copy. See if the problem goes away?

OK, now you can use Tools/Templates and Addins/Organizer to copy the
macros from the renamed Normal.dot to the new one :)
