Word 2000 stopped working

Hi everybody,
After I tried to open an e-fax from my email, my Word 2000
stopped working: each time I try to open the program or a
Word doc, the computer shuts down and restarts. Could you
please advise? Thanks in advance.
 
Did you ever get a reply to your problem.. I have a very similar problem
