i use word 2000

word has a limit of 25 items on its pull down menu (in forms)
is there any way to expand that?

or is there a way to make a look up list... such as when you enter
a particular number it will put the corresponding information in the blank?

thanks.

I have repeatedly read your message and I still do not know how I can answer
you!

Seriously, you have to make an effort here. Tell us what you did, what you
expect and what you get, including error messages that may pop up.
Word version would be nice too.

Well, I don't really deserve any thanks.... You figured it out by yourself!
Glad you got it to work.
