WORD 2000 no longer prints envelopes.

WORD 2000 suddenly stopped printing envelopes on my Lexmark X75. Envelope
feeds through. Printer cartridge appears to scan. But no printing appears.
Have removed and reinstalled both WORD 2000 files and Printer driver files
without resolution.
 
You might want to check the envelope size and feed options in the envelope
options. Someone had this problem a month or so ago and that is what
happened, it thought his envelope was bigger than it was.
