Word 07

Hi, I have word 07 - and find that many other computers are not compatible
with the doc.x format of word 07 - is it possible to get the later version
instead??

You can save docs from Word '07 in the previous format. Choose Save As
instead of save, and then select Word 97-2003 Document. You can set this as
the default output format in Word Options, Save panel.
For the receiving side, there is a free converter that allows older versions
of Office to open documents created in Office '07.
