WORD 03 ? HELP HELP!!! View only 1 pg

WORD 03 ? – I am only able to view 1 page, and can not scroll "print view"

If you go to top of page under VIEW button, I have it clicked on "print view".
I can only see one page. If I go to "web" or "Normal" view I can see the
whole document.

If I email that file to someone, they can only view only the one page in
“print viewâ€.

If some one emails me a completely separate file they wrote in word, I CAN
view all pages.

I have my OFFICE cd at home; I re-downloaded on my computer and my laptop
from the same CD, WORD. Laptop works fine, Desktop still has the old problem.

I AM LOST??

Click Format | Columns. Click the "One" option, even if it already appears
to be selected. If this helps, open the Normal template as a file (via File
| Open) and repeat the procedure. Save and close the template.
