Woord 20003 Template Styles

I created a 7 level Number Outlined set of styles on a new template. When I
attach this to a New document or and Existing document 2 of the Levels do not
format on the Document as on the Template.
Level 1 Template - "1. TEXT" (all caps bold)
Level 2 Template - " 1.1 TEXT" (all caps)
Level 3 Template - " 1.1.1. Text" (as typed)

Level 1 Template - "1. TEXT" (all caps bold)
Level 2 Template - " 1. TEXT" (all caps) (1. is bold)
Level 3 Template - " 1. Text" (as typed) (1. is bold)

This could be the effect of direct font formatting. Does resetting the font
formatting to style (Ctrl+SpaceBar) help?
