Woops I Clicked to Quick - How to undo new Security Setting?

M

Mel

The History:

When I start an old Access 2003 dB it always gives me _two_ screens
before it opens the data base.... both are security related... if I
remember correctly.

I normally just click to tell Access to go ahead and open anyway...
and ignore the security concerns... (may be my macro's... I'm not
sure)

The Problem:

In a hurry on a recent startup of the database I clicked the first
popup screen incorrectly...

Then Access told me to restart for the "new security setting" to take
effect !!

I'm concerned all my stuff won't work and I did this dB years ago so
remembering everything I did will be difficult.

The Question:

How can I _undo_ the security setting for the database and get back
where I was before.

Thanks for any help.

Open just the Access program (without opening a .mdb file), go to
Tools/Macro/Security and select either medium or low. If you select
low, you won't get those annoying security messages everytime you
open a file.
