Im running a computer with Windows MCE 2005. I installed
Microsoft Anti-Spyware Beta 1 and when I go to run it I
get an error that says this software has expired on 22nd,
Jul. 2005 yet I havent changed my date and its correct.
Windows time has syncronized and the timezone is normal.

What is going on?

Year is also correct?
Then go to Regional Options in the Control Panel.
Click Customize tab
Click Date tab
Select the top option from the dropdowns.
Otherwise try other options in the drop down menus.

What's going on is that settings other than the default for your locale for
the date format apparently confuse Microsoft Antispyware.

Control panel, date, time, language and regional options
regional and language options, Click Customize, date tab, short date format
and long date format.

Choose the first choice in the drop down for each date format.

This may not work for locales where English is not the default. This beta
is not localized, and is English only.
