Won't Save Account Settings

I am running Outlook 2003 and it won't save my incoming mail server. As soon
as I shutdown or log out and then go back into Outlook the incoming mail
server is 127.0.0.1 and not what it is suppose to be. Any suggestions?
 
That's your antivirus setting. Disable virus checking for incoming and
outgoing mail in your antivirus preferences.
