Won't print footer when printing web pages

When I print web pages to my Kyocera FS1000 printer, the footer line
containing the URL address is missing (ie not printed). However it displays
on the "Print Preview" page on the screen. I have had this problem with
several computers over the years. No amount of fiddling with the page
margins makes any difference. Does anyone have a solution?

I think this can happen if File | Page Setup is set for A4 size but you have
8 1/2 x 11 in the printer.

Thanks Frank. But that's not the reason. The printer is set for A4
(210x297mm) and that is the actual size of the paper I am using. It seems
as though the printer can't print that low down on the paper. If I print
the page in Landscape mode the footer prints fine.

Sounds like a driver or firmware issue.
