won't let us sign in to MSN

When we try to sign in to MSN Hotmail, the page comes up
stating this page is not available. When trying to sign
in on Messenger, it says either your address or password
is not valid. It is the same address and password we've
used for quite a while. What is the problem?

You need to find a newsgroup devoted to MSN -- this one is about Microsoft
Access database software, and you aren't likely to get the answer you need.

This is a Microsoft Access database newsgroup. I think you may find an
answer in one of the Windows groups.:
