Won't edit hyperlink

When I try and edit a hyperlink live on my website FP2002 now gives
the error message"The folder http://www.mysite.com is no longer
available".

Are you opening the site for
editing by opening FrontPage and then selecting
File > Open web??

If you are just clicking edit from Internet Explorer,
the "web" is not open for editing!!

I am opening the web using File > Open web. I can edit files but not
the hyperlinks.

The shared borders have also dissappeared on all the pages on the live
web in FP but are there when viewed with a browser. If I open the web
locally everything is okay.
