won't completely boot up

XP system gets to the select user escreen, choose a user, show "Loading
settings", the shows "saving your setting and shutsdown. Will not boot past
that point.
Suggestions?
 
Hi Sharon, did you got any answers or a way to solve it I just get the same
problem and look for solution
