Wont Boot... Missing /windows/System32/Config/System

I just got done running a scan on my other computer called Ad-Aware. I
retsrted and it will not bott up.

I click Start Windows Normally... And it goes to this screen that says
missing:

/Windows/Systme32/Config/System

(Windows XP... Home)

Please Help !!!
 
your registry "system" component is corrupted!
run system resore windows\system32\restore\rstrui.exe
if you have turned off system restore then to restore copy the file
windows\repair\system to windows\system32\config folder you can do this by
booting into command prompt from a boot floppy if ur drive is not ntfs or
from windows cd repair options login with ur credentails and u wud get
command prompt.

I am going through that tutorial like thing, and when I type in MD TEMP is
says my access is denied...
