Won't boot after install

After my old ide hard drive failed, i bought a new 120gb sata drive to
install windows xp pro on. I had to borrow a floppy drive to install the sata
drivers but the install worked.

After it booted up and and asked for me to create an account, i shut the pc
down and unplugged the floppy drive so i could put it back in my other pc.
Afterwards i plugged in my other sata drive as well and started the pc up. It
got to verifiying dmi pool data then i got boot failure meaning it wasn't
loading windows off the drive.

The disks are both plugged in as i see their serial numbers on the boot
screen.

Any ideas what is wrong?

Boot priority was set wrong
