Wnsapisu not respondig

When I try to connect to the Internet, using Earthlink, it stalls. On my
Task List, a line says "Wnsapisu not responding." Then, I shut down that
activity. Then, when I try to connect, it works.

What does this message mean? What can I do to fix the problem?

Do a Google means go to the Google site (www.google.com) and type in
"Wnsapisu not responding" in the Search box. Unfortunately, Google doesn't
show any results for that phrase.

I would ask Earthlink about "Wnsapisu not responding."
