WMV9 Pro Standard or Option

Just wondering if this feature is standard on the WM
Encoder or must I pay for WMV9 Pro codec... I am working
on a Short and would like to distribute it using Windows
Media Series 9

Free, it's included in the Windows Media Encoder, i believe.
