WMP9 and MusicMatch

New computer...insert a cd to play/copy I am in WMP9..MusicMatch Jukebox launches at the same time, playing the same track. ASnyway to stop Jukebox launching?
 
Disable the applicable file association(s) from MusicMatch | Options |
Settings | General [tab].
