can get sound on wmp11,but no picture , have downloaded codecs but still not
working.any ideas thank's!
 
Is it an AVI file that you're trying to play?

Analyze it with g-spot codec identifier to find out exactly which codec you
really need and avoid anything that calls itself a codec pack because you'll
probably end up getting something really nasty from it.
