WMP10 & Windows 2000

Are WMP10 & Windows 2000 compatible or is in not advisable to run WMP10 on a
Windows 2000 system?

As far as I know, you cannot install WMP10 on Win2000. It just indicates you
have to install WinXP to continue the instalation of WMP10
