When WMP comes up it is out of sight off the screen to the right. I've
tried system restore, I've tried removing WMP and reinstalling it, twice.
Still the same problem. My pointer will also go way off to the right.
Can't watch any WMP associated files. Bummer.
Please help. Thanx

Rather than going through all of that, why not simply move the
Media Player Window to where you want it, and then exit it, thereby
saving that location into the registry? Press and release <ALT>+<SPACE>
and then press <M>. You can now use the cursor arrow keys to move the
display settings dialog window back to the desired location. When the
box is located where you want it, press <Enter>.

If your mouse point moves off-screen, it does so only because the
display also does so. What happens when you adjust the monitor's
horizontal centering and size controls?
