Short movie segments from my camera are loaded into my computer as Window
Media Player.MOV files. My Windows Media Player and DVD Maker will not
recognize these files?? It does recognize .VOB files...is there some way to
convert the files??

================================
If you only wish to view the files...download
and install the free Apple QuickTime viewer:
http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
(it probably came on the CD with your camera)

If you wish to use the .mov files in Movie Maker
or DVD Maker...you'll have to convert them
to a compatible format...wmv or .avi.

The following freebie might be worth a try:

SUPER © Simplified
Universal Player Encoder & Renderer
http://www.videohelp.com/tools/SUPER_1
(the mirror download site is faster)

Also you could try the following online converter:

MediaConvert
http://media-convert.com/

My camera takes Quicktime video. How do
I see those files in the Windows Vista Photo Gallery?
