WMP unable to play VCD

I keep getting an error msg "WM encountered an unknown
error"
Web help show's this:
"Error# C00D11CD"
Is there anyway i can get my VCD to play using WMP.
I using Win XP and by right, VCD should be able to play.
Am I right??
