WMDC & Exchange

I have a weird problem. I can sync my WM5 device via GPRS with my exchange
server no probs.
When docked at home I can sync with my exchange server no probs.
When docked at work I can sync with my PC but not the server .

So I thought firewall - obvious conclusion.
But no... my colleague, on same network, using WM5 can sync with the server
no problem.

So any help, suggestions or tips greatfully appreciated.

What's WM5?
What's WMDC?
 
WM5 = Windows Mobile 5
WMDC = Windows Mobile Device Centre

ALl of sudden it started working tho!!!
