WMDC and Axim30

I tried to synchronize my Axim30 (windows mobile 2003SE) using active
synch4.2 on a vista (tm) pre-rc1 build 5536 and get the message that I need
from Dell a new driver.
The Dell forum tells me to use WMDC.
How do I get WMDC?

I got the same message. Prolly need Windows Mobile 5.0 upgrade or
something. My Axim is getting lots of use as a paper weight. What a waste
of money.
