WM Export to Outlook 2003

My new PC has Vista and I was able to get my OE files from my other PC to WM.
I would now like to export everything to Outlook 2003. When I try to export
from WM, I receive a note that an error occurred with initializing MAPI.
When trying to import from Outlook, I can a message that the mail folder
could not be opened. Any ideas on how to resolve? Thanks.
