"wm exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows

Does anyone know why I would recieve this error message.
And what the fix is?

"wm exe has generated errors and will be closed by
Windows. You will need to restart the program"
"An error log is being created"

Do you have any Novell components installed on this system? From what I can
find, Wm.exe is a Novell file, so you might want to try uninstalling and
reinstalling your Novell software.
