WM error codes

Hi, after changing my isp I have not been able to use windows mail, I am
with orange & have to use their webmail now. Have spent ages with their
customer services & reset account settings many times, to no avail, here
are
the error codes. I also read in another post about disableing antivirus
email scanning which I did and everything worked for a day, but then the
problem returned.I would be deeply grateful for any help. Thanks Tim.

anti virus is pc tools internet security 2009, but I am thinking of changing
to norton 360. Tim.

Which antivirus is it? Some need more than just "disabling".
 
Note that the versions of Norton older than 2009 are known to have
problems with slowly corrupting the database Windows Mail uses,
and needs more than just disabling to stop this. All versions of
McAfee seem to have this problem too, along with all versions of
Trend.

I suggest that, as a test, you uninstall your antivirus, to see
if that cures the problem. If no improvement, you can
always reinstall it. Instead of uninstalling your antivirus, consider
upgrading to Windows Live Mail, because it is less prone to
suffering bad effects from overly aggressive antivirus programs.

Please try again with providing the error messages, not sure about the
United Kingdom bit that appears in your first error message?
