Is there a way to prefill information, such as company name, when using the FAX wizard??? Or is it possible to customize these wizards for information more meaningful for our company????

Fill in the wizard as needed and save as a template, then select that
template to create new documents.

I showed the user that solution prior to my posting and they were not receptive to it. Any other suggestions????

Well, this is the way the wizards are intended to work, so I suggest you
have an issue of user education.

It might not be what Suzanne is saying, but I will say it. You can, of
course, write your own using vba. I've never heard of anyone balking at
using a wizard to create a template that can be used for future documents.
Using a template is generally a lot easier than using a wizard and the
results are a lot more flexible.
