wizard missing in ACCESS 2000.

Am studying IT, have to use the wizard in ACCESS for
database, but can only create tables in design view and
creating tables by entering data. What could be the
reason. Am desperate, cannot do my homework. Any ideas
what's the reason? Could it be a configuration problem?

Sometimes they don't work if you didn't install the VIsual Basic components
when installing Access. Try reinstalling and selecting custom.
