Wizard does not start when connecting camera.

Hi there!


When I connect my camera to my PC, the wizard does not
start. I have enabled the "autorun" feature, but nothing
happens. Any ideas?

Just wondering...with your camera connected, if you
go to Control Panel / Scanners and Cameras...is
your camera listed? If it is listed, you may be able to
launch the wizard from there.

Has it ever worked in the past? If it did, you might

need a reinstall. If it did not, start from scratch.
How is your camera connected to the PC? USB, parallel,
serial? Does it have a removable card? When you post a
question, be specific and give details, we are not
clairvoyant nor mind readers.
